Impact Investment
Hdeel Abdelhady is due to speak about planning for and managing uncertainty in social impact investment, particularly in emerging markets. Ms. Abdelhady, who is MassPoint’s Founder and Principal, has 15 years of experience in transactions, disputes, and regulatory matters in and involving emerging and developing markets in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. Her related work includes advising for-profit, non-profit, and government entities on impact and socially responsible investment structuring (conventional and Islamic), Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues, emerging and developing markets legal and political risk management, and risk management in connection with resources and sectors that present high risk in in both developed (“Western”) and other markets.
