Hdeel Abdelhady Named American Bar Foundation Fellow

MassPoint Legal and Strategy Advisory PLLC is pleased to announce that Hdeel Abdelhady has been named a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Hdeel Abdelhady is Principal at MassPoint PLLC, a boutique law and strategy firm.
The American Bar Foundation Fellows are a “global honorary society of attorneys, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars whose public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession and to the welfare of their communities. Membership in the Fellows is limited to one percent of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction. Fellows are recommended by their peers and elected by the Board of the American Bar Foundation.”
Ms. Abdelhady serves as legal counsel to U.S. and foreign parties on U.S. and international transactional and regulatory compliance matters. She has represented banks, companies, and other parties on finance and commercial transactional matters, as well as international trade, sanctions, anti-money laundering, and anti-corruption counseling and compliance matters. Ms. Abdelhady serves as a Professorial Lecturer in Law at The George Washington University, where she has taught U.S. and international JD and LL.M. candidates for fifteen years. She has served on the boards of directors of nonprofit organizations devoted to the rule of law and legal scholarship and has long been active in the leadership of the American Bar Association, holding multiple leadership positions.
